Marilyne Andersen, SWICE coordinator, explains to SFOE the main objectives of the SWICE project and what is distinctive about research in Living Labs.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the interview, she points out how Living Labs <\/span>can offer new ways of living and working, in terms of energy savings, efficient mobility, and environmental awareness.<\/span>

Which technologies and\/or behavior changes may help make our cities respond better to our needs\u00a0without more\u00a0resources? How can norms or standards better serve their mission accounting for this?\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

The SWICE consortium will work for the next seven years to offer solutions for reducing energy consumption, while exploring opportunities for increased quality of life that can emerge from future urban scenarios.<\/span><\/p>\n
